So I rarely do a smoky eye but I was wanting to try some colors in the NYX Wicked Dream palette. There was a dark sparkly blue that was just calling my name. So I decided to do a blue and brown smoky eye with a nude lip. Here are the results.

I started out with my usual foundation routine. NYX Tinted Moisturizer with Mally Beauty Poreless Perfection Foundation. Right now this is my favorite combination. Next I contoured with Mally Beauty, Shimmer, Shape, & Glow palette. I also use L'oreal Paris True Match Lumi Powder Glow Illuminator for highlight on my cheeks, nose and cupids bow. I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade with my No.217 Angled Liner/Brow Brush from IT Cosmetics. This brush is the best I have found. It has held it's shape very well. I really like a thin sharp angled brush for my brows and this one is the best.
Then I started my eyes with a light shade from the NYX Wicked Dream palette as a base on my lid. Next I used the sparkly dark blue all over my lid. I then went in the a dark brown shade for the crease. I also used Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eyeliner to line the bottom of my eye and then added some of the dark brown shadow to that. I used the same eyeliner to line my upper and lower waterline. I have found that this eyeliner stays very well on the waterline unlike others that I have tried.
Finally I added a light color on the brow bone for a highlight and some of the Lumi Illuminator I linked above in the corners of my eyes. Then I blended like crazy and added my favorite eyeliner, Rimmel ScandalEyes Micro Eyeliner. This is the best eyeliner to get that perfect wing! I then used two coats of my Maybelline Illegal Length mascara as a base for my falsies. I use the Ardell Demi Wispies False lashes which I love!!!
I went with a nude lip since I had a smoky eye. So for the lip I used Maybelline Color Sensational The Buffs Lipstick in #930 Truffle Tease.
