Here is my first makeup tutorial of 2017. I'm so excited to share with you my Blue Smokey Eye using the Metal Matte palette by Kat Von D Beauty.
I love how bold and bright each shadow is and they are great paired together or alone.
This was a perfect look for New Years Eve 2016.
I paired this look with the Colourpop Ultra Matte in Times Square.
The Ardell Lashes is #251 are so full and flirty, they go perfectly with this look.
